All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Addition of a third adult not allowed without prior approval at the time of booking and if approved will result in additional fees. Rates are subject to change without notice and exclude applicable taxes. Weekend rates apply Friday, and Saturday nights; a minimum stay may be required for most weekends. Holidays and special events have higher rates and/or minimum stay requirements. Please visit our online booking engine for rates for specific dates.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. One night stays, when permitted, are charged in full at the time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted. All deposits and payments are due in U.S. funds only. Checks are accepted for deposit only. Balance due upon check-in. No personal checks accepted for final payment. Cancellations or early departures for stays May 1st to October 31st require 30 days’ notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. At all other times, we require 7 days’ notice. There are no refunds for early departures or no show. In the event of an early departure or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. A cancellation fee of $25 plus tax will be assessed for all cancellations.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Arrangements must be made in advance for late check-in or check-out and are not guaranteed.
Parking is available for an additional charge of $15 per night and must be requested at the time of your reservation. Please call the Front Desk at (508) 487-6424 to reserve a parking spot as it cannot be done online.
Pets are welcome in Classic and Select Rooms only as long as they are well-behaved, leashed, actively treated for ticks and fleas and 35 lbs. or under for the fee of $35 per night with a maximum of $75/stay. Due to food service regulations, we do not allow pets in the inside Lounge. However, we do have an outdoor deck on the second floor where dogs can accompany their owners. Dogs are not permitted in guest rooms without their owners and owners bringing their dogs must contact the front desk to arrange a convenient time for housekeeping services. If a dog is found to be unattended we reserve the right to terminate occupancy. Pets must be fully trained and kept on a leash when in the Inn. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on Inn property and in the neighborhood. Additional fees starting at $200 may apply in the event the pet causes property damage or hardship, including fees incurred by Sage due to disturbance. We reserve the right to terminate occupancy without refund if damage or disturbances persist. Guests are responsible for all property damage, hardship and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
We are a 100% non-smoking facility. All guest rooms and public areas are non-smoking. An additional penalty fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.
Each guest accommodation is thoroughly inspected prior to arrival of each new guest. It is the responsibility of each new occupant to immediately notify the management of any suspected prior damage or accidental damage(s) for which the current guest is responsible. Damages or excessive cleaning discovered either during or after each guest’s occupancy will subject the guest to complete financial responsibility for any necessary repairs or missing items.
Keys that are not returned at the time of check-out will be subject to a lost key fee of $35 per key.
